A company working for several years in the hospitality sector in Bucharest. We were first to create the notion of Residence in Bucharest, combining harmoniously the comfort and privacy of an apartment with the convenience of a high-level hotel structure.

After success with the first www.princeresidence.it, a classical structure, typical of the 1800s, very important period in the development of Bucharest, we had to offer something more to our customers and so was born the Patriarchy Park Residence, a new building, larger and more luxurious, in addition to the existing services.

With this last step, without giving up the already winning formula, we set the target to raise even more the level of comfort of our apartments one step higher, and the services provided, without giving up the warmth of a familiar structure and the discrete attention already created over time.

Increasing comfort and quality of services and did not mean setting higher prices for our apartments, we believe that we managed to get the best quality-price ratio currently on the Bucharest market.
